Policy overview

EpubNest sells downloadable digital products, including ebooks and digital business resources.

Because these products may be delivered and accessed immediately after successful payment, purchases are considered final once the order has been completed or digital access has been provided.

By purchasing from EpubNest, you agree to this no-refund, no-return and no-exchange policy.

When a sale becomes final

A digital-product sale is considered final when one or more of the following occurs:

• Payment for the order has been successfully completed.
• A download link has been provided.
• The digital product has become available in your account.
• Access to the purchased files has been granted.
• The product has been delivered to the email address supplied during checkout.

After this point, the purchase cannot normally be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

No refunds

All purchases of EpubNest ebooks and downloadable digital products are final.

Refunds will not be provided simply because:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You purchased the wrong ebook or product.
• You made an accidental purchase.
• You no longer need or want the product.
• You did not read the product description before purchasing.
• You expected different content from what was clearly described.
• You do not have compatible software or a compatible device.
• You decide not to use or download the product.
• You are dissatisfied for subjective or personal reasons.
• You found a similar product elsewhere after purchasing.

No returns

EpubNest does not accept returns of digital products.

Unlike physical goods, downloaded ebooks and other digital files cannot be physically returned after access has been provided.

Downloading, deleting, removing or no longer using a file does not constitute a return and does not create eligibility for a refund.

No exchanges

Purchased digital products cannot be exchanged for another ebook, bundle or digital resource.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, the original purchase remains final and cannot be swapped for another item.

For this reason, we strongly recommend checking the title, description and included formats before completing checkout.

Order cancellations

Once a digital order has been completed, it cannot normally be cancelled.

Digital delivery may occur immediately after payment, so there may be no cancellation period between purchase and delivery.

If a payment has not yet been successfully processed and no digital access has been provided, any cancellation rights will depend on the status of the transaction and applicable law.

Situations that do not qualify for a refund

Technical download issues

A technical problem does not automatically mean that a refund will be issued.

If you experience a genuine technical issue with a purchased file, please contact EpubNest support and provide your order information along with a description of the problem.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart and order details before completing payment.

Accidental or duplicate purchases do not automatically qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit.

If you believe a duplicate charge was caused by a payment or website processing error, contact support with the relevant order and transaction information so the matter can be investigated.

Discounts and price changes

Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time.

A customer is not entitled to a partial refund, store credit or price adjustment because:

• A product becomes cheaper after purchase.
• A discount code becomes available later.
• A promotional sale begins after the original order.
• Another customer receives a different promotional price.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you believe there is an unauthorized charge or genuine billing error, please contact EpubNest support so the issue can be reviewed.

Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback for a valid digital purchase that was properly delivered may result in account access being restricted while the transaction is investigated, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Fraudulent payment disputes or misuse of the chargeback process may also result in loss of access to associated digital products or the customer account where legally permitted.

Customer responsibility before purchase

Before completing an order, you are responsible for reviewing all information reasonably provided on the product page.

This includes:

• Product title.
• Product description.
• Price.
• Included digital files.
• PDF, EPUB or other file formats.
• Language of the product.
• Software or device requirements.
• Personal-use or licensing restrictions.
• This Refund Policy.

Agreement at checkout

We recommend displaying the final-sale policy directly during checkout so customers can review it before submitting payment.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove, limit or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under the laws that apply to your purchase.

Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation right or another remedy despite this policy, EpubNest will follow the legally required obligation.

Changes to this Refund Policy

EpubNest may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, products, payment processes or applicable law.

The updated version will display a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

The policy applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect when the purchase was made, subject to mandatory law.
